Limo Z Pte Ltd (“Limo Z”, “we”, “our”) is a Singapore-incorporated transport operator. This policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through limoz.sg and through our booking workflows.

When you submit a quote request, contact us, or correspond with us, we collect the following categories of information:

• Company name
• Contact person
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Billing details
• Event details
• Pickup and drop-off details
• Flight details, where provided
• Transport requirements
• Communication records (emails, messages and call notes relating to your enquiry or booking)

We do not collect payment-card data through this website.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to transport enquiries
• Prepare quotations
• Plan and operate transport bookings
• Contact customers about their request, quotation or booking
• Handle billing, operations and customer service

We share the minimum necessary information with vetted driver-partners and vendor coach operators to fulfil your booking. We do not sell your data.

We retain booking data for as long as needed to operate your jobs, settle invoices and meet legal/audit requirements (typically up to 7 years).

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and withdraw consent to non-essential processing, by emailing dpo@limoz.sg.
