1. Online submissions are quote requests only

Except for B2C online bookings paid through Stripe (see section 2), any form submitted through this website is a quote request only. It is not an order, reservation or contract for transport.

2. B2C Online Bookings

For Airport Transfer, City Transfer and Hourly Booking services, booking is confirmed upon successful online payment through Stripe, based on the booking details submitted by the customer.

Driver and vehicle details may be provided after confirmation.

Fixed rates apply only to the standard service scope shown during booking. Additional waiting time, extra stops, parking charges, route changes, special requests, late-night requirements, cleaning fees, incorrect booking details or out-of-scope services may be charged separately.

If Limo Z is unable to fulfil a confirmed paid booking due to operational reasons, Limo Z will contact the customer and arrange an alternative solution or refund where applicable.

3. Other bookings are not confirmed until Limo Z confirms in writing

A booking is only confirmed once Limo Z issues a written confirmation by email. Until then, no vehicle, driver or capacity is reserved for you and the request may be declined or revised.

4. Pricing is subject to operational factors

Prices indicated, requested or discussed before written confirmation are indicative only. Final pricing is subject to:

Vehicle availability
Route
Timing
Passenger count
Luggage
Waiting time
Parking
Tolls and ERP
Event requirements
Other operational factors

5. Clarification before quotation

Limo Z may contact the customer by email, phone or messaging to clarify details before issuing a quotation. Quotations may be revised if the information provided changes or proves incomplete.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be stated in the official quotation or confirmation issued by Limo Z. Those terms govern the booking and override any general statements made elsewhere on this website.

7. Data and privacy

By submitting a request you consent to Limo Z processing the information you provide for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Singapore law with exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
